120 km is the distance a lazy guy decided to run and walk in those 30 days. I am that lazy guy. Over 1 year into the pandemic, I’ve been listening to all kinds of stories from all sides. Cases, deaths, headlines. Arguments, trends, fights. Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter. Hustle, no-hustle, cancel culture. Breakups, divorces, weddings. And the list goes on. Utensils, waiting to be washed for the last 6 days. The room, mess all around, not at all expecting me to tidy it up. Books, stacked up, unread. Browser tabs bookmarked to be read. And this list goes on as well. Amidst all of this, one day, somehow, I woke up out of my laziness. A little conversation will cheer you up. Look at this…
Me: Dude, you can’t be like this.
Also me: What do I do? Go for a marathon or what?
Me: Wait! Start going for a run every day. Wake up every morning.
Also me: Every day all my life? I can’t do it.
Me: Why keep a long goal? Do it for 30 days. You love challenges, right?!
Also me: Hmm.. sounds interesting. Cool, I’ll try this. If I can do this, I can…
Me: Broo, wait. First, do this and talk.
And this is how I started all of that. I’ll write how I continued doing the run and walk every day in the next one. Also, I’ll let you know who tried to stop me and who pushed me to wake up even on the 15th day. Tried something new with a bit of tweak. Let me know how this read was. Thank you❤
